2018 Golf Outing & Social Committee (PAA) Help the PAA support Dasher Athletics with its one and only annual fundraiser at The New University Club of Milwaukee (formerly known as Tripoli Country Club.) Assist with the organization & fundraising for the event. The committee meets monthly from May-September to plan & fundraise for the outing. Have questions or need more information? Ambassadors Volunteer as a liaison between DSHA and your parish or grade school and help us identify families who have younger girls who would be great Dashers! Annual Fund Administrative Assistance The Annual Fund assists DSHA in responding to opportunities and priorities that are not funded by tuition and other means. Auction - Decorations Team Join us in the Auction workroom to help with decor planning and creation. Come for an hour or spend the day - we are happy to have whatever time you can share. Auction - Engagement Team The Engagement team is all about getting people involved in the Auction. Host or co-host a class benefit party, put together a table (or two!) for the Auction, recruit and organize volunteers. It's all about the people! Have questions or need more information? Auction - Event Volunteer The Auction is DSHA's largest fundraising event and requires a host of volunteers. We need help with registration, coat check, raffle sales, item distribution, student volunteer supervision and more. One- hour shifts are available for those attending the event, or longer ones are offered for those who are not attending and want to help. Have questions or need more information? Duties include attendance at PA meetings, contacting class parents to share the meeting agenda and invite them to attend, sending a report of the meeting to the class and encouraging volunteerism. Dance Chaperones Assist DSHA staff with chaperoning and student supervision for one of the seven dances per year including Welcome Back (9-9), Homecoming (10-7), Halloween (10-20), Winter Formal (2-3), Sophomore Fling (1-13), Junior Prom ( 5-12) & Post-Prom and Incoming Freshmen Dance (5-4). Father Daughter Dinner Dance Committee (PA) One of the most beloved events of the year is the Father Daughter Dinner Dance where over 900 dads and their girls dance the night away at the Pfister!
